RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Joyous and Free Lounge. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Please note we do not do exchanges. Our return policy is as follows:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at joyousandfreelounge@gmail.com, and provide your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack the item carefully and securely in its original packaging, affix the shipping label, and ship it back to us.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

As for cancellations, you have 24 hours to cancel an order. After the 24 hours we are not able to cancel any orders.Thank you for shopping at Joyous and Free Lounge. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that all final sale items are non-refundable nor returnable.

Swim is only returnable and refundable with tags and hygienic sticker attached.
