How should I care for my Items?
Please check the three tabs at the bottom of the item page, there we have listed "Care Instructions", "Sizing", and "Return Policy". We strongly recommend washing your items on cold and hanging to dry to ensure you can enjoy your handmade piece as long as possible!

How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent to the email that was used at checkout. if you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly!

Why does it say "Order returned to sender"?
If your order is returned it means you put in an incorrect/incomplete address. Please contact us so we can correct the address and resend the package. Buyer is responsible for covering updated shipping costs.

What is your return and refund policy?
Before you purchase, please read our "Return Policy" an icon located at the bottom of each item. Once your item shipped and out of our hands, we can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Free gifts such as Scrunchies are non returnable or refundable. Please reach out with any questions.
